Why does my tap have low water flow?

Low water flow from your tap is typically caused by blockages, restricted aerators or unbalanced water pressures. Weak, uneven or restricted water flows can be resolved by following the steps below:

1. Remove and clean the aerator at the spout outlet
2. Clean or replace filters inside the cartridge
3. Flush the tap body with the cartridge removed to clear debris
