Troubleshooting

My shower head is dripping, what should I do?

A dripping shower head or handset is a result of an issue with the shower valve that controls it. The shower valve uses a ceramic disc cartridge underneath the flow handle to control the water flow. If water is still flowing to your shower head when turned off, then it is likely that this cartridge needs to be cleaned of limescale or debris build-up.

Limescale can be cleared using a 50/50 combination of white vinegar and water. Ensure you clean off any visible debris from both the cartridge and the inside of the shower valve. Flush clean with fresh water before reinstalling your cartridge.

For specific instructions on how to do this for your product, please see the maintenance guide in the instructions that were supplied with your item.
