How do I identify which Burlington product I have?

Every Burlington product has a code that will help you identify the specific product. For example, this code could look like S48 for a seat, TF2S for a shower valve or STA14 for a tap.

This code can be found on your original invoice. On certain products, the code can also be found on a sticker or on the underside of the product. Product codes are also located on each product page on our website, so if you are able to match the product to the image, this will help you identify the product.
