BRASSWARE/SHOWERING

Dripping/leaking or water passing by typically occurs when the cartridge inside has become blocked with lime scale or debris. This can be prevented by regular maintenance of your product.

To clean your tap or shower cartridge, isolate the water and remove the cartridge. The cartridge can be run under water to flush it through. If you are unsure on this process please see the product instructions or speak to your plumber.

WCs

Yes you can lower the cistern on a low, medium or high level WC, the flush pipe can be cut. Please see the fitting instructions for full details.

Yellowing discolouration typically occurs when cleaning products, specifically bleach, are used in the bowl. If you are using cleaning products in the bowl then we suggest you leave you seat lid and ring up whilst the products are being used to minimise the potential dis-colouring.

FURNITURE

Yes, you can. The white units can be primed using a water-based primer and an egg shell emulsion paint for the best effect.

BATHS

All our acrylic baths come in a white exterior finish and can be painted in any colour you choose. The exterior should be primed using a polyurethane primer. If you require further advice please speak to your local paint supplier. We wouldn't recommend painting our ClearStone or Natural Stone baths.
